The sensors on our in-vehicle device detect the accident and automatically generate an alarm to our call center approved by the Ministry of Interior. When contacting the Call Center Operator, vehicle information, including vehicle location and direction of travel, will be displayed on the operator screens. The operator will ask for more information via voice communication to respond quickly and appropriately via the device in the vehicle.

If the driver is able to respond, they should clearly tell the operator that they need urgent assistance. If he/she is unable to respond to the operator, the vehicle information is automatically transmitted to the police. If the vehicle sensors do not automatically activate this feature, the operator can be contacted by pressing the red button to manually trigger the emergency call system.
